4. How long do we keep your data?

When the retention periods expire, your data is deleted or made anonymous so that it can be used without infringing your rights. Nevertheless, your data may be archived for longer periods for the purposes of investigating, recording and prosecuting criminal offences, with the sole aim of making your data available to the judicial authorities where necessary. Archiving means that your data will no longer be available for consultation online, but will be extracted and stored on an independent, secure medium.
5. How and where is your data transferred?
We prioritize the use of services operating within the European Union and compliant with the RGPD. However, your data may be transferred from a country within the European Union to a country outside the European Union.
When we transfer your data outside the European Union, we always do so securely and in compliance with the applicable regulations, in particular with regard to the protection of personal data:
- Or by transferring the data to a recipient located in a country that has received an adequacy decision from the European Commission certifying that it has an adequate level of protection;

7. What are your rights regarding your data?
