Supporting local authorities in their customer relationship management projects by providing them with a quality tool is the main objective of the Communauté CapDémat association. The CapDémat Evolution software solution, based on SuiteCRM Open Source CRM, enables local authorities to benefit from the full range of customer relations experience tailored to their specific uses and needs. That's why a quarter of French départements and a large number of communes now rely on them.
CapDémat Evolution is a simple, effective and secure solution, with a fully customizable user portal offering a range of adapted services and a simplified user path. France Connect-certified, it natively integrates the solution proposed by the French government to secure and simplify access to user information. As a result, users will be able to access local authority services and track their requests in total security.
A backoffice enables government departments to process user requests simply, offering a coherent, 360° view of information to provide a quality response.
In order to benefit from the experiences of other local authorities, in addition to the collaborative exchange and sharing spaces, the community makes available, via a service area, all the tele-services already implemented.
Thanks to the community's network of integrators, local authorities receive effective support for their digital customer relationship management projects.
