  • Attachment management: users can add an attachment to their IWS ticket directly via the chatbot at any time.
  • When a ticket is created, the chatbot provides data from the conversation with the user, to facilitate the work of the support technician.

Wikit Semantics x IWS - Event management

This feature enables the chatbot to inform users directly when a major incident is in progress and declared in the ITSM (e.g. e-mail problem).

Wikit Semantics x IWS - Knowledge base synchronization

The Wikit chatbot acts as a knowledge hub, enabling you to offer your users the FAQs available on the Isilog platform. This allows you to centrally manage all your content and make it available to your users directly via the IWS portal and the Wikit chatbot.
