    Course Description

    You will work across departments with the Business, CSM, and Marketing teams to identify, design, and implement high-impact automations.

    The goal is not to follow a rigid list of tasks, but to:

    • understand our current processes
    • identify areas of friction
    • propose and develop relevant automation solutions

      • Improved tracking of subscription renewals (alerts, reminders, visibility)
      • Simplified billing (licenses + services)
      • Implementation of customer tracking metrics (usage, churn, upsell)
    • CSM / Business Operations
      • Automation of new customer setup (account creation, onboarding)
      • Improving the reliability of order tracking and addressing missing information
      • Improving data organization (CRM / internal tools)
    • Sales / Business
      • Sales pipeline optimization (follow-ups, prioritization, tracking)
      • Integration of tools (CRM, email marketing, product usage, etc.)
      • Implementation of automated reporting
    • Marketing & Growth
      • Data analysis and consolidation (Sellsy, Google Analytics, etc.)
      • Implementation of marketing automation workflows
      • Structuring lead generation (scraping, enrichment, etc.)
      • Improving campaign tracking and performance

    What you're going to build

    • Automated workflows (no-code / low-code / scripts)
    • Integrations between business tools
    • AI-powered automation
    • Operational management tools (dashboards, monitoring)


    Profile required

    • Student with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (engineering school, business school, or university)
    • Strong interest in:
      • automation
      • SaaS tools (CRM, no-code, data, etc.)
      • AI and agents
    • Ability to understand business challenges and propose solutions
    • Autonomy, structuring, impact orientation

    Stack & Tools (depending on the project)

    • CRM / Sales: Sellsy (or equivalent)
    • Automation: Zapier, Make, n8n, Python/JS scripts
    • Data: Google Analytics, dashboards
    • Collaboration: Slack, Notion, SharePoint
    • AI: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Mistral, etc.), agents
