Wikit Studio

Is it possible to create an AI agent without writing any code?

Yes, it’s entirely possible to start building an AI-powered business application without writing a single line of code, thanks to a no-code platform like Wikit Studio. Users—whether from the business or technical side—can use Wikit Studio to visually design agent-based workflows using drag-and-drop: the agent is made up of blocks.

How can you create a custom AI agent for your organization?

With Wikit Studio, creating a custom AI agent involves four steps:

  • Define the use case. Specify what need the agent addresses, for whom, and within what scope. For example: answering first-level questions submitted to IT support.

  • Connect your data and tools. Knowledge bases, business applications via APIs, third-party tools via the MCP protocol, and user context: the agent has the information needed to take appropriate action.

  • Build your agent in Studio. Drag and drop the blocks onto the canvas, configure them (select a template, set instructions and conditions), and then connect them to each other. This is how you define the agent’s knowledge, behavior, and actions: responding to inquiries, creating a ticket, updating a customer record, and more…

  • Put your agent online. Save your workflow and link it to a Wikit Semantics application: your users can access it immediately, and you can track its usage in the platform's dashboard.

How do you connect an AI agent to the company's tools and data?

To connect an AI agent to the company’s tools and data, native connectors and APIs are used. The connectors (CRM, ERP, ITSM, EDM, collaboration tools) operate via the MCP protocol (Model Context Protocol) to enable the agent to query the tools and retrieve context in order to perform the desired action.

For more complex or proprietary systems, APIs extend these connections to the existing ecosystem: this allows the agent to interact in real time with external software and databases.

How can we ensure the reliability of responses from a custom AI agent?

The reliability of an AI agent—even if it is custom-built—is never 100% guaranteed. However, it relies on various mechanisms that reduce the risk of error or hallucination: for example, connecting an AI to an internal database allows—in particular, thanks to the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), to ground its responses in verifiable reality.), to ground its responses in verifiable reality.

When creating the AI agent for the company, technical, human, and organizational safeguards are built in—such as the requirement to validate sensitive actions or the continuous monitoring of workflows—to limit the risk of erroneous or unauthorized actions.

For which use cases is a custom AI agent suitable?

A custom agent takes over as soon as your needs deviate from the standard case: a process unique to you, specific internal rules, or a business tool that only you use.

A custom AI agent can be tailored to various use cases depending on the needs of a business, local government, or government agency. Among the main uses of an agent are:

  • Responding to requests submitted by employees or customers to IT support (for this purpose, the IT department may implement a suitable AI agent).

  • Processing requests submitted to Human Resources (the HR Director defines which workflows to automate).

  • Customer Relationship Management.

  • Managing relationships with users of a public service.

These are just a few examples: a custom-built agent can cover a wide range of uses within an organization and meet specific business needs for which there is no off-the-shelf solution in a AI agent catalog ready to use.

What is the difference between a chatbot and a custom AI agent?

A chatbot is designed to answer questions asked by users: it receives a request and formulates a response, but is very often limited to a conversational exchange. An AI agent understands the context of the request, interacts with business tools, performs actions, and automates all or part of entire processes with limited human intervention, in order to achieve a specific objective. Built to order, the agent applies your business rules, not standard behavior. Remember: A chatbot responds. An agent takes action.

To learn more about the distinction, check out our article Chatbot or Intelligent Agent: How to Tell the Difference.

How do I access Wikit Studio?

Wikit Studio is integrated into the Wikit Semantics platform, which is available as an annual subscription. It is included in our most comprehensive plan, which allows you to design custom workflows. Contact us to learn more about Studio and find the plan that best suits your projects.

How can I track my agents' usage?

Agents created with Studio are Wikit Semantics applications just like any others. Their usage statistics appear on the platform's dashboard, alongside all your other applications.

Is my data protected?

Yes. The Studio is used solely to design your workflows: no user data passes through it. When your agents are running, they benefit from the same security guarantees as all Wikit Semantics applications: a platform hosted in France by OVHcloud, no model training using your data, and the ability to choose the hosting level for each agent’s models.

How can we maintain control over what the teams create?

Governance takes place upstream. Each role has defined permissions: creation, modification, or view-only access. Administrators also choose which blocks are visible to each user. Your teams can therefore publish content independently, without a lengthy approval process, and using only authorized building blocks.

Can a custom AI agent interact with my other software?

Yes. An AI agent created with Wikit Studio does more than just respond: it can also create a ticket, update a CRM record, send a notification, or trigger a process in a third-party tool. Since these actions affect your systems, we recommend coordinating them with your teams in advance. We’re here to help you with this.

What data can my AI agent use?

In addition to your knowledge bases (documents, tables), your agent can:

  • query your business applications via their APIs;

  • connect to third-party tools using the MCP protocol (calendar, email, CRM, project management, etc.);

  • take into account the user's context, such as their profile or the page on which they are asking their question.

Who is Wikit Studio for?

For business roles looking to automate tasks and processes with AI—such as project managers, product owners, HR managers, or customer service representatives—they can create their own agents independently, within the parameters set by administrators. Other employees can view the workflows without the risk of accidentally modifying them. For the end user, nothing changes: they interact with an application better suited to their role, without seeing the workflow that drives it.

Do you need technical skills to use Studio?

No. All the technical aspects (API calls, prompts, model configuration) are consolidated into ready-to-use blocks. Your business teams simply need to:

  • Drag the blocks onto the canvas;

  • Fill in the few fields provided, such as selecting a template from a list;

  • Connect the blocks to each other.

The most technical blocks are hidden by default: your teams see only simple building blocks tailored to their needs.

What is Wikit Studio?

Wikit Studio isthe no-code visual editor for the Wikit Semantics platform. It lets you design your own AI agents by assembling logic building blocks: querying an LLM, calling an API, setting a condition, searching a knowledge base… You’re no longer limited to the ready-to-use applications available in the catalog. Whether it’s a conversational assistant, an autonomous agent, or a RAG chatbot, you can build the agent that perfectly meets your needs.

AI Agents Catalog

How Can You Get Reliable Answers from an AI Agent?

The reliability of an AI agent depends on what fuels it. Rather than relying solely on what they’ve learned in training, the agent will draw information from your own sources: knowledge bases, business documentation, internal procedures, etc. That's the principle behind the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), which grounds each response in verifiable content and significantly reduces the risk of hallucinations.

There are still safeguards that need to be put in place:

  • cite sources so that users can verify them,

  • define what the agent does not handle, and forward the issue to a human if in doubt,

  • monitor conversations to correct whatever needs to be corrected.

Can I combine multiple agents from the catalog on a single platform?

Yes, you can certainly combine multiple AI agents from the catalog and have them work together on the same platform. Multi-agent orchestration enables specialized assistants to collaborate on complex tasks that a single agent would not be able to handle as effectively. Since each agent is an expert in its field, the process becomes more precise, and the results are generally better.

The number of agents you can deploy depends on your license: each Wikit Semantics license tier includes a set number of AI applications. You can therefore start with a few agents and then upgrade to a higher-tier license as your usage grows.

Can the agents in the catalog be customized to meet the company's needs?

AI agents from an existing catalog cannot be customized—in the sense that it is not possible to modify their features or change how they are used. However, they can be adapted to the specific needs of the relevant industry: you feed them your data and the processes of your company or local government. With a multi-model platform, you also retain control over the choice of language model (LLM) that powers the AI agent.

Each agent in the catalog serves as a starting point: its function is defined, but how it performs that function is up to you.

If your specific need isn’t listed in the catalog, the AI Studio lets you build the agent you need.

How long does it take to deploy an AI agent in a company?

Deploying an AI agent can take anywhere from a few minutes to several weeks, depending on the use case. It only takes a few clicks to set up a chatbot from a catalog of ready-to-use AI agents to address a specific need: it’s preconfigured and just needs to be connected to the company’s tools and data. On the other hand, building a custom AI agent takes time: it all depends on the use case, the number of tools to connect, and the tests that need to be performed before going live.

How does an AI agent integrate with my existing tools?

Enterprise AI agents integrate with the existing application ecosystem through two complementary methods: native connectors and APIs. The Native cover the tools already used on a daily basis and can be activated without any development: ITSM, EDM, CMS, CRM, digital workplace, and directories. This includes tools such as Google Drive, Drupal, Alfresco, and Efficy, as well as public-sector-specific solutions like MGDIS Aiden, Ametys, and Jalios.

For in-house developed business applications or proprietary software without a dedicated connector, integration is achieved through APIs: the agent queries your systems and triggers the actions specified by the use case.

In which professions can an AI agent be used?

Almost any job that involves repetitive tasks can benefit from an enterprise AI agent to automate processes, save time, and increase satisfaction:

  • Customer Support: advisors, call center agents, account managers.

  • IT Support: help desk technicians, administrators, and application specialists.

  • Human Resources: payroll managers, recruiters, HR administrators.

  • Customer service: receptionists, administrative staff.

  • Management and Administration: executive assistants, general services, legal department.

In the public sector, local governments and government agencies can also deploy AI agents for their cross-functional roles: reception, legal, and internal communications.

What is a ready-to-use AI agent?

A ready-to-use AI agent is a preconfigured assistant designed to perform a specific business task, deployed directly from an existing catalog, without a design phase.

A ready-to-use AI agent is designed to address a very specific business use case, for example: handling first-level requests for IT support or as part of a customer service operation. It has the advantage of being operational as soon as it is connected to the company’s tools, of understanding the rules and vocabulary specific to the business, and of being able to be set up without programming.

The difference from a custom AI agent lies in the starting point. In the first case, the agent already exists: you feed it your data, vocabulary, and processes, and it works. In the second, you design it from scratch using the AI Studio, to address a need not yet covered by the catalog or a sequence of actions specific to your organization.

AI for Customer Relations

Can a customer service chatbot replace my customer service representatives?

No, a chatbot is not intended to replace human teams. The primary goal of automating customer support is to free up time for agents so they can refocus on their core responsibilities by relieving them of the burden of handling repetitive, time-consuming requests. Whenever the complexity of the situation requires it, the request is transferred to an agent, who has the full context of the conversation to effectively take over.

Is my customer data secure on an AI platform?

Yes, but it all depends on the platform used.

The AI solutions for contact centers developed by Wikit are hosted in France, within an infrastructure that strictly separates the different environments (development, pre-production, and production). Communications between the website’s chatbot and customers are protected by encryption, and several security measures ensure secure access to the tool, including multi-factor authentication for administrators.

In addition, a penetration test is conducted at least once a year by a specialized external service provider, as well as after any significant changes to the architecture. Wikit also guarantees a contractual uptime of 99.5%.

Finally, your customers’ conversations are never used to train AI models. Details of these commitments are published in our security documentation.

How does AI integrate with my CRM and existing tools?

An AI agent integrates directly with your existing tools instead of replacing them. For example, the Zendesk connector allows the chatbot to create, categorize, and track tickets directly from your platform, and forwards the conversation history to agents to make their jobs easier.

Wikit offers a catalog of ready-to-use connectors , and we can develop new ones on demand, depending on the tools you use.

How does a chatbot improve your customers' experience?

An AI chatbot improves the customer experience by eliminating wait times for customers with simple requests. Service users receive a relevant response from the very first interaction, at any time, without having to wait or repeat their request to multiple representatives. The chatbot analyzes the context and draws on conversation history to respond more accurately and adapt to the caller’s needs.

Our agents identify situations that require an agent’s intervention and forward the conversation directly to them. The customer explains their issue only once.

Which customer support tasks can be automated using AI?

Artificial intelligence makes it possible toautomate a large portion of repetitive and time-consuming tasks handled by customer support, but without involving cases that require human judgment to resolve. Here are the most common use cases:

  • Answer frequently asked questions about your products, delivery times, return policies, or procedures at any time.

  • Check the status of a case by querying your CRM or ticketing system directly.

  • Classify an incoming request and route it to the appropriate team, using the information that has already been collected.

  • Create and update a ticket from the conversation, without having to retype anything.

  • Notify the customer at each stage of the request processing.

  • Gather feedback on satisfaction after the exchange and identify any areas of concern.

What is customer service automation?

Customer service automation involves using a tool to handle the most common requests: frequently asked questions, case tracking, and simple complaints. Customers receive an immediate response at any time, without having to wait in line.

What changes with AI is the way responses are delivered. Traditional automated systems (voice servers, forms, decision trees) force customers to follow a predefined path. An AI agent understands a freely phrased request, searches for the answer within your own content, and delivers it in natural language.

AI for HR

How can you measure the effectiveness of an HR chatbot?

To measure the effectiveness of an HR chatbot, you need to combine metrics for operational performance, user satisfaction, and business impact :

  • number of employee users and number of conversations handled;

  • resolving rate of requests without human intervention and average response time;

  • average call duration; employee satisfaction rate;

  • A reduction in the number of direct requests to the HR team (tickets, emails, calls).

Regular analysis of these indicators makes it possible to adjust the tool's settings—for example, by correcting inaccurate responses and expanding its knowledge base—so that it continuously improves.

Does an HR chatbot replace HR teams?

No, AI chatbots deployed in human resources departments are not intended to replace teams. These tools are primarily designed to handle routine requests from employees, thereby freeing up time for HR managers. This allows them to refocus on their core responsibilities: supporting employees, developing talent, and promoting a positive work-life balance.

What is the difference between an HR chatbot and an AI HR agent?

An HR chatbot is a conversational interface that answers employees’ questions by drawing on the company’s internal sources. An AI agent for HR does more than just answer questions: it is an entity capable of analyzing a situation, collaborating with other systems, making decisions, and taking concrete actions.

What are the benefits of automating HR processes?

The benefits of HR automation are primarily measured by evaluating daily tasks.

An HR chatbotsaves time on administrative tasks, improves the employee experience, aids in decision-making, and reduces the risk of human error.

The result: employees are more satisfied, and HR teams can focus on their core responsibilities.

How can an AI agent automate HR processes?

An AI agent can automate HR processes by handling repetitive tasks and low-value requests from employees.

This type of tool can, in particular:

  • Answering Employees' Questions

  • Identify, locate, and share documents

  • Guide employees through the process

  • Automate the onboarding process for new employees

  • Direct the request to the appropriate contact person when human intervention is required

Enterprise HR automation therefore primarily involves searching for information, managing routine requests, and assisting employees with administrative procedures.

What is an HR chatbot?

An HR chatbot is a conversational assistant that can process natural language and answer common questions from company employees on topics such as time off, payroll, professional training, career development, health insurance eligibility, and internal procedures. This tool serves as a first-line HR support resource, available around the clock, without replacing the HR teams.

At Wikit, you can deploy a ready-to-use HR agent from our catalog, or create a custom, agent-based HR agent using the Wikit Semantics no-code Studio.

AI for IT Support

Are IT chatbots replacing support technicians?

An AI chatbotfor IT support is not intended to replace technicians. The virtual agent handles recurring, low-value-added requests, allowing teams to refocus on tasks that require greater expertise: complex incidents, infrastructure development projects, and assisting employees with issues that require genuine human expertise. The goal, therefore, is not to replace your support technicians, but to enhance their roles!

How long does it take to deploy an AI agent for IT support?

Deploying an AI agent for IT support typically takes 1 to 3 months. This timeframe depends on:

  • the quality of the existing documentation,

  • the desired level of automation (simply answering questions or performing actions in the information system),

  • the necessary integrations with ticketing tools (IWS, GLPI, etc.) or corporate directories.

A standard project follows Four Key Steps : data scoping and ingestion, technical integration, an internal testing phase, followed by a phased rollout.

Is the data on the IT support system secure?

Yes, the Wikit Semantics platform is hosted in France, on an infrastructure where the development, pre-production, and production environments are strictly separate. Your data is isolated on your own tenant, encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is restricted according to the principle of least privilege (granting users only the rights strictly necessary to perform their tasks).

Depending on your needs, granular permission management (RBAC) and detailed access logs can be implemented, along with strong authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) for all users.

In addition, we conduct an annual security audit and penetration test carried out by a specialized third-party provider.

How does AI ensure reliable answers on technical topics without hallucinations?

We significantly reduce the riskof inaccuracies using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): the chatbot retrieves information from a defined knowledge base rather than drawing generalizations from its internal knowledge. The sources used remain accessible, allowing technical teams to verify the origin of each response. However, no AI technology can guarantee absolute reliability.

In addition, Wikit incorporates several complementary safeguards: query filtering, verification of generated responses, definition of the business scope, and continuous monitoring.

Which IT processes can be automated using AI?

Artificial Intelligence helps automate your recurring IT processes without replacing the expertise of technicians on complex issues. The most common use cases are:

  • Automated incident management, including ticket classification and prioritization, diagnostic suggestions based on IT history, etc.

  • IT self-service to resolve simple issues: password resets, managing access to tools, hardware requests, etc.

  • Answers to frequently asked questions about tools and procedures are available in a dedicated IT FAQ.

  • Directing employees to the appropriate request and/or contact person through an IT services catalog. Centralizing and continuously updating the IT knowledge base.

And thanks to the No-Code Studio With Wikit Semantics, you can create a support chatbot for your employees—no technical skills required!

What is a chatbot for IT support?

An IT support chatbot is a conversational assistant powered by artificial intelligence that is capable of processing natural language and handling first-level IT support requests:

  • password reset,

  • hardware failure,

  • equipment request,

  • question about an internal procedure, etc.

Unlike a traditional chatbot, an AI assistant understands the intent behind the question asked and searches for the answer in the company's knowledge base.

AI for Customer Relations

What expertise does Wikit have in working with local governments and public agencies?

Building on our collaboration with more than 150 local governments of all sizes (cities, departments, and regions), we have developed unique expertise in the public sector, both in deploying AI for user engagement and for internal use by staff (HR, IT, legal). We understand the specific nature of your operations, your budgetary constraints, and your business processes.

Explore our client case studies

How long does it take to deploy an AI agent for customer service?

The time it takes to deploy an dedicated AI agent dedicated to user relationship management depends on many factors, such as the scope of the project, the volume and recency of the knowledge bases and data, and the duration of the testing phases with your technical teams. The process generally takes 1 to 4 months.

Are our internal data and the data of the people we serve secure?

Yes. We treat public data as a strategic asset: hosting in France, encrypted data streams, and strictly controlled internal access.

An AI agent does not collect or store personal information from citizens; interactions focus on your administrative procedures and public information, not on sensitive personal data.

Furthermore, this security is based on verifiable commitments: a documented security assurance plan, an annual risk analysis, and an annual penetration test conducted by a specialized external service provider.

Can AI for customer relationship management replace customer service representatives?

The implementation of a solution for managing user relationships is not intended to replace public service agents. The AI agent simply handles repetitive and simple requests, which frees up time for human agents and allows them to focus on their primary role: assisting citizens in need, processing complex cases, listening to unique personal situations, or offering assistance with administrative procedures online.

How does AI ensure reliable answers on sensitive topics?

For government agencies, it is essential to understand the criteria on which an AI agent bases its responses. The use of such an agent to manage interactions with users of a public service inevitably raises questions about the reliability of the responses provided to citizens, particularly regarding sensitive topics (personal or professional circumstances, social assistance programs for which they may be eligible, and specific administrative procedures).

While there is no absolute guarantee, several mechanisms significantly reduce the risk of errors in the responses. The first is the use of RAG technology (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), which allows the AI agent to search for information in a defined database rather than generating a response based solely on its internal knowledge. At Wikit, we supplement this system with dedicated security measures :

  • query filtering,

  • definition of the business scope,

  • referring the citizen to a human agent when the level of confidence in the response is insufficient.

All of these mechanisms ensure the traceability of each response : We can verify the source of the information provided and thereby maintain the public's trust.

How does Wikit integrate with your citizen portal or your current GRU tool?

Wikit Semantics connects directly to the tools already in place in your municipality. The platform integrates with your website and existing business ecosystem (grant and subsidy management platforms, document management systems, citizen engagement tools, etc.), such as the MGDIS Aiden connector, which, for example, allows you to integrate an AI chatbot into the Aiden grant and subsidy management platform. Your citizen portal thus remains the single point of entry for your residents: the AI builds on your existing online services rather than creating new ones.

What is the difference between a traditional CRM solution and an AI agent for customer relations?

A traditional CRM (customer relationship management) solution centralizes case files, request tracking, and the history of interactions with citizens. It is the day-to-day tool used by public servants.

The implementation of an AI agent for the public sector is not intended to replace this type of solution: the intelligent assistant is designed to complement it by handling first-level inquiries—which are both recurring and low-value-added. It then forwards cases requiring human intervention to the GRU.

Regardless of your department (marketing, operations, IT, legal, or HR), our library of AI agents covers all your organization’s needs. You’ll immediately gain in efficiency and competitiveness.

Thanks to the Wikit Semantics’ no-code from Wikit Semantics, you can create and deploy custom AI agents in record time.

AI fundamentals

What are AI safeguards?

An AI guardrail is a mechanism put in place to supervise, limit or correct the behavior of an artificial intelligence system. It aims to avoid drifts, errors or inappropriate responses, by ensuring that the AI respects rules, business objectives or ethical standards. These safeguards can be technical (filters, checks), human (validation by an expert) or organizational (usage policies).

What is MCP (Model Context Protocol)?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a protocol that structures the transmission of context, data and business objectives to AI models, improving the quality and relevance of responses. It enables conversational agents to better understand the global environment, user roles and business rules. At Wikit, we use MCP to design smarter agents, offering more natural, high-performance interactions aligned with each company's needs.

Can AI hallucinate or invent answers?

Yes, it's a risk inherent in all language models. That's why Wikit has chosen to strongly support generative AI with :

- Adding verified documentary content via RAG

- Defining strict response perimeters

- Temperature settings to reduce excessive creativity

In addition, a reformulation system or referral to a human agent can be set up if the AI cannot answer with certainty.

What is RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)?

RAG is a technology that combines an internal search engine with a language model.

In concrete terms, before generating an answer, AI will first look for relevant information in your documents, then use it to respond.

This makes it possible to :

- Limit errors and inventions

- Rely on reliable, controlled content

- Cite sources if necessary

This is an essential pillar of reliability for professional AI applications.

What is NLP (natural language processing)?

NLP, or natural language processing, covers all the techniques used to enable a machine to understand, analyze and generate human language.

NLP is the foundation on which conversational AI is built: it enables us to understand a user's intentions, extract key information from a sentence or formulate a coherent response.

Wikit uses these techniques to enable AI applications to interact effectively with your users.

What is a large language model (LLM)?

A Large Language Model (LLM) is a type of artificial intelligence trained on huge volumes of text to understand and generate natural language.

These models, such as GPT or Mistral, are capable of :

- Understand a question asked in everyday language

- Formulate coherent, well-written, contextual responses

They don't "know" anything themselves, but learn linguistic structures and draw on data to produce relevant content.

What is generative AI?

Generative AI is a branch of artificial intelligence capable of creating content (text, images, code, etc.) from a simple natural language query. It relies on language models (LLMs, for Large Language Models) trained on huge volumes of data. These models can then :

- Generate answers to questions

- Summarizing documents

- Translate, reformulate, write texts or even produce lines of code

In Wikit, generative AI is used to understand users' intentions and produce personalized, contextualized and useful responses from your data.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is an autonomous entity orchestrated by AI, capable not only of answering a question, but also of intelligently executing complex actions. It can take different forms:

- Conversational chatbot,

- Job assistant,

- Interactive application integrated into a tool, and it can be simple (enriched FAQ) or more complex (multi-step scenario connected to your systems).

An AI agent can :

- Analyze a request

- Extract data in different tools

- Trigger actions (create a ticket, send an e-mail, access an API, etc.)

- Interact with multiple sources of information and make simple decisions based on business rules

Wikit Semantics platform

Is Wikit Semantics a sovereign AI platform?

Yes. The Wikit Semantics platform is hosted in France by OVHcloud. Your data is never used to train AI models. For AI models, you choose where your data is processed—on a per-agent basis—depending on the sensitivity of each use case. Three hosting tiers are available:

  • Level 1, in France: The models are hosted by OVHcloud or Scaleway (Mistral AI, Qwen, DeepSeek, GLM, etc.). This is the highest level of data sovereignty, suitable for the most sensitive data.

  • Level 2, in Europe: The models are hosted on Microsoft Azure in European data centers (OpenAI, Mistral AI).

  • Level 3, globally: The models are available directly from their developers (Anthropic with Claude, OpenAI) for uses that require the most recent models and do not involve sensitive data.

How does Wikit ensure the security of my organization's data?

Wikit has implemented precautionary measures to ensure the highest possible reliability of the responses provided by its tools and to protect the data entrusted to it. When it comes to responses, the AI agents draw on a document database that has been validated in advance (via the RAG information retrieval system), with technical, human, and organizational safeguards in place.

Regarding data, the multi-AI platform for businesses and local governments is hosted in France by OVHcloud, and the data is never used to train the models.

Good to know: Our platform undergoes an annual security audit, including penetration tests conducted by an external service provider. Access is managed through your existing identity management system via SSO.

Do you need technical skills to create an AI agent with Wikit?

No technical skills are required to create an AI agent using the platform Wikitplatform. You can use an agent available in our catalog of ready-to-use agents to address a common need (IT support, human resources, customer or user relations) or build your own AI agent using the no-code Studio, without writing a single line of code, for more specific needs. In both cases, our teams will guide you step by step and remain available to answer any questions you may have.

How does the platform integrate with my existing business tools?

Wikit Semantics connects to your information system in three ways, depending on the type of tool involved.

  1. The library of native connectors covers the software available on the market: ITSM, EDM, CMS, CRM, digital workplace, directories, and collaboration tools. Some give your agents access to your knowledge bases, while others allow them to take action (create a ticket, send an email, transfer the conversation to an agent, etc.).

  2. The MCP (Model Context Protocol) opens up possibilities for agent-based applications. The platform connects to both the MCP servers provided by Wikit and those you make available yourself, allowing your agents to call your own tools and perform actions within them.

  3. Finally, REST APIs cover specific integrations.

What is the difference between Wikit and other AI platforms on the market?

Wikit excels in two areas that few vendors combine. Our AI agents are used by business units within large private corporations as well as by local governments, federal agencies, and public institutions. This dual expertise enriches our product: the security and accessibility requirements from the public sector benefit our private-sector clients, and the need for integration with information systems from the private sector benefits public organizations.

The second difference lies in how you get started with AI. You can deploy an existing agent from the AI agent catalog to address a common need in just a few clicks, or build your own agent using the AI Studio when your need is specific.

Finally, you’re not on your own when using the tool. The no-code approach makes the platform accessible to business leaders without technical expertise, and our teams support you from scoping through deployment.

Does the Wikit platform allow users to create different types of AI agents, in addition to chatbots?

Yes, the Wikit platform gives you the tools to create exactly the agents you need: RAG chatbots capable of retrieving information from a specific database, AI agents dedicated to specific functions (HR, IT support, customer or user relations…), or agent-based workflows (processes in which autonomous agents handle a sequence of tasks with limited human intervention) custom-built using our no-code editor.

Our platform thus allows you to create and centralize all the AI applications your organization and business teams need.

What is a multi-LLM platform, and what is it used for?

A multi-LLM platform is one that provides access to multiple language models—such as GPT, Claude, or Mistral—and allows them to be used within a variety of applications. In practice, you choose the model best suited to your specific needs (IT support, customer relations, user relations, etc.) and retain the flexibility to switch to a different one if your needs change: this is a multi-LLM approach.

Bonus: You manage everything from a single location, instead of using multiple tools on a department-by-department basis.

Connectors and integration

Are external data synchronized automatically?

Yes. Thanks to the Wikit Connect platform, you can program the frequency of synchronization of your data sources: every night, every week, or on demand.

The platform automatically checks for changes (new documents, modifications...) and updates the databases used by your AI agents. This ensures that your answers are always up to date, without manual intervention.

How do AI applications access internal data?

AI applications designed with Wikit access data via secure connectors that ensure :

- Intelligent content indexing

- Automatic data updates at defined frequencies

NB: Data is never transmitted "raw" to the AIs: it is pre-processed to guarantee the relevance of responses, while ensuring confidentiality.

What kind of connectors does Wikit offer?

Wikit offers two main connector families:

- Data connectors, which automatically exploit knowledge sources (SharePoint, websites, document databases, intranets, etc.).

These connectors make it easy to seamlessly integrate your AI applications with your existing tools, without any special development.
